We need information about your project to provide an accurate quote. Take some time to fill out our intake form with information about the scope of work involved, how many images are required, creative direction, budget and usage. We’ll send you a custom proposal within 48 hours of receiving the form. If we need more details, we’ll get in touch via email or schedule a call.

Contract & Deposit

Contract & Deposit

Once you approve the proposal, we'll send you a contract and invoice. After you've signed the contract and paid the 50% deposit, we'll schedule your project and provide the address for you to send the products to.

Pre-Production

Next, we will finalize concept ideas, source props & backgrounds, build sets and create a comprehensive shot list and pre-production board to send you for your approval before the scheduled shoot date.

Shoot Day (or days)

Shoot day is here! Depending on the size of the project, shoots can take anywhere between one day to a couple of weeks. You'll be informed of the timeline during the pre-production stage.

Post-Production

Post-Production

This is where your images are brought to life! We offer a full retouching service, including colour grading, product retouching, background replacements, composites and special effects where requested. All post-production is completed in-house.

Delivery

Delivery

Once the project is complete and the final payment has been received, you'll receive a link to an online gallery from which you can select the images you want to purchase. Let us know if you want your products back, and we can pop them in the post. You'll receive an invoice for the cost of return postage.

How our pricing works

Every project and brand are unique, so we custom quote each one to ensure we’re pricing based on precisely what you need.

To get started, we’ll ask you to complete our intake form so we can get to know your brand, the project, your target audience and your goals. Once we know more about your needs, we can provide an accurate quote.

FAQS

  • Our studio is in Vancouver, Canada and we are available to work with brands worldwide.

  • A 50% deposit and a signed contract is required to lock in your shoot. Final payment is required before content is released.

  • 7-21 days from shoot date depending on current workload and size of project. If you do have a deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.

  • Let us know if you would like your products returned and we will pop them in the post. You’ll receive an invoice for the postage.

  • Fill out our intake form so we can understand what you’re looking for and give you an accurate quote. It’s important to put as much detail in the form as possible to ensure we understand the scope of the project.
